Parts And Warranty Advisor Job Vacancy

If so, we are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Parts and Warranty Advisor to join our team. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to learn, have good attention to detail, work to a high standard and have excellent communication skills.

The Parts and Warranty Advisor will be responsible for:

• Taking inbound calls and face to face enquiries from customers, advising and helping them in any way possible.
• Liaising with parts companies to order/ return parts for trade and retail customers
• Providing an accurate and comprehensive list of parts available with regular stock checks and keeping the stock room clean and organised.

• Completing and updating all relevant paperwork to a high standard to schedule.
• Preparing invoices and warranty claims accurately in accordance to the manufacturer and departmental standards.
• Accurately reconciling warranty credits and correctly administering discrepancies and shortfalls/ rejected claims.

• Answering questions regarding warranty information, part availability, and vehicle maintenance and repair.

Successful applicants must have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer skills and be willing to learn to use new systems.
• The ability to build a good working relationship with staff, suppliers and customers.
• Good organisational skills and be an excellent team player.
• An interest in the automotive industry and have a positive attitude.
